After much anticipation and patient waiting, we have wine. This fermented wine need to be siphoned off the lees (sediment) and returned to fresh bottles for aging and clarification, ie more waiting. But I've tasted it, and it will be worth the wait!

Making sure to get all the wine. 
 
While racking the wine, I am making sure to get all the wine and none of the lees. If I get a little bit its okay, I'll let it settle out again for the next time I rack it. In another month or so the wine will be completely done fermenting and clear. When it is clear, I can bottle it, or drink it! But who am I kidding I've been drinking it the whole time, for quality control of course!
